Graham International provides full warranty services for International trucks as well as International and Cummins engines. Our technicians must meet rigorous training standards to be considered master certified, something we work on every day! We utilize International 360 which creates streamlined communication and improves how efficiently we serve our customers. This is achieved through workflow management, integration with various systems such as OnCommand Connection, and future integration with Dealer and Fleet Management Systems.

This quick response makes Navistar aware that the vehicle is in for service, jumpstarts Navistar support activities, and allows our parts personnel to anticipate parts needs and ordering. Followed up with communication to the customer and we are well on our way to maximizing your UPTIME!

SCHEDULED FIELD SERVICE & 24 HOUR EMERGENCY ROADSERVICE
Our field service can generally be defined by two categories. Scheduled field service and emergency road service. Many of our customers will schedule us during regular working hours for on-site repairs, reducing the chance for expensive downtime and wrecker bills. Emergency road service is available for when your truck goes down at the worst possible time and you need help. We are available to get you back up and rolling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Graham team of mobile technicians have years of experience and know that downtime costs you money! Just call our main line after hours and be you will be connected directly to the technician on call.

We have all had to deal with the frustration of needing to pick up a truck that has been completed, but no one is available to drive you to the dealership. Worry no more! Graham International utilizes Shuttle On Demand, a platform that allows us to schedule your transportation whether dropping off or picking up a truck.
